We started Michelle's session on stage where she performs her dance recitals. She also is the lighting assistant here for her school's theater performances. I used the stage lights to create backlight and drama along with a fog aerosol to give the lights something to illuminate.

We then headed to a Japanese Garden where the flowers were in full bloom. 

I always encourage seniors to have different looks for their sessions so Michelle decided to do an urban look which is probably my favorite of the whole day! And sometimes a senior might need a little extra help deciding on outfits so her urban look came together when I was going through her closet with her and I saw these boots in the back. 

Michelle also wanted a senior film to remember this important time in her life.
