Maddie's session started out bright and early, before the sun came up. She had been training for cross country every morning though so it didn't bother her one bit to get up before the sun. My friend's field is amazing at sunrise and in the summer has wildflowers! Maddie loves nature so I knew this was perfect! 

Even in nature there are different backdrops to be found. A wood pile and hay bale gave us some variety. Apparently you can even look like a fashion model while posing with a hay bale! Who knew?! Look at this girl rocking that bale:) Maddie has a contagious, thousand watt smile, but dang, she can kill it with that serious look too!

Maddie's little sister came and was my lighting assistant and our entertainment for the morning. She kept us laughing the whole time! So of course I had to get her in there for a few shots. You can tell she loves her big sister!

I loved every minute with these two! And I can't wait until little sis is a senior!
